In order to ensure reservations for hotels, flights, bus tickets, train tickets, guides, etc and to cover our administration costs we require a 100% payment deposit to be paid.

Deposits are to be paid by Bank Direct Transfer into our bank account, and all bank transfer fees are to be paid direct by the client. If making a deposit from abroad, the bank will charge you a fixed rate for your transaction.

RESERVATION CHANGES
If you want to change your reservation, please let us know at least 46 days before your arrival.
PRICING
All prices are in US$, hold for a calendar year and will be reevaluated and adjusted at the end of each year, all prices will be confirmed at the reservation moment and will be ensured with the payment. Prices include all the services specified in each itinerary.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted via fax or e-mail, the penalties incurred for cancellation of services will depend on the date of cancellation according to the following list
Less than 7 days prior to arrival time: 100 % cancellation charge
Between 8 – 15 days prior to arrival time: 75% cancellation charge
Between 16 – 30 days prior to arrival time: 50% cancellation charge
Between 31 – 45 days prior to arrival time: 35% cancellation charge
More than 46 days prior to arrival time: only the bank charges will not be refunded
In case of no-show, there is no refund.
Cancellations of Inca Trail reservations:
The costs of entrance tickets to the Inca Trail of clients, cooks and porters are non-refundable, because these services are reserved and paid in advance, at the time of booking and therefore the deposit required is non-refundable.
TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend the use of a travel and medical insurance plan to extra expenses of unavoidable cancellation due to illness, accident, emergency evacuation, costs incurred due to flight delays, personal baggage loss, schedule changes, missed connections, delays caused by bad weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other causes. If a member of a group gets sick, we take care of him/her by getting a qualified doctor, in these cases extra costs are assumed by the individual client, including hospitalization if necessary. In the case of accident and necessary emergency evacuation, all expenses will be covered by the individual.
LIABILITY
Qasana Tours and their employees act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by car, boat, or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delays of flights and flight cancellations, sickness, strikes or any other situation beyond our control. Any extra expenses in these cases will have to be borne by the passenger. No refund will be possible for any unused part of the tour. Qasana Tours has the right to make any change in the itinerary when deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules. |
