ITINERARY
| Day 01 |

Cusco – Cloud forest
Today we leave early in the morning in our private car toward the Cloud forest in the Manu National Park, passing trough charming Andean villages and different landscapes, we will stop to visit the Chullpas of Ninamarca a pre Inca funerary tombs and the colonial Paucartambo village, them we reach the Acjanaco Pass at 3,550 meters (10,820 ft), the entrance to the Manu National Park, there you will have a first over view of the eastern slopes of the Andes and the Amazon rainforest, there we have the lunch enjoying the nature around us, continuing with our journey we will see the transition between the highlands and the Cloud forest, here we have many opportunities to spot wildlife such us birds, monkeys and flora like orchids, bromelias, ferns, and others. Arriving in the afternoon we have the opportunity to see the beautiful Cock of the Rock making its display trying to attract the females at the lek.

| Day 02 |

Cloud forest – Huacaria - Cloud forest
After an early breakfast we leave for a full day mountain bike excursion to Huacaria native community, along the way we have opportunities to spot the brown capuchin monkeys, the Amazonian Umbrella bird, mixed flocks, butterflies and different kind of plants. We will visit the Pilcopata town. Return at night to the lodge.

| Day 03 |

Cloud forest – Cusco
Today we have the second chance to enjoy the show of the Cock of the Rock , we will spent the morning learning about the ecology of the cloud forest walking on the road and trails, we still have opportunities to watch hummingbirds, tanagers, flycatchers, and some mammals like the agouti and tayra. After a delicious barbecue we come back to Cusco, arriving at night.
